Asphalt seal coat on April 24-26

Ben’s Asphalt will be completing the asphalt repairs and street repainting beginning on Wednesday, April 24 through Friday, April 26. Please see the posted information regarding the schedule and areas closed on the specific days.

On the days of seal coating, there should be NO parking and NO traffic of any kind on the affected areas from 7 am – 7 am the next day (weather permitting).  Anyone who walks or drives thought the wet seal coat will be responsible for the cost of repairing the area.  If the seal coat is shiny, it is still wet.  On the Friday of striping, all cars must be out of the common area from 7 am – 5 pm.

The community guest parking spaces are included on all days for the posted restricted areas and cars may be towed if not moved.

On the day of striping, all cars must be out of the common area from 7 am – 5 pm.
