2024 Annual Meeting

The annual meeting of the membership and Board election scheduled for June 18, 2024 did not make quorum and has been rescheduled to coincide with the next scheduled Board meeting on July 16, 2024. The inspector of elections needed 67 ballots for quorum and received 43 as of June 17, 2024. The adjourned meeting quorum requirement is reduced to 25% or 34 which has already been achieved.
