Parking
Contact Patrol One to register a residential or guest vehicle for overnight parking (Midnight to 6 AM every day) in guest parking spaces in the common area to avoid citation.
Patrol One uses a residential digital hangtag, a system based on the license plate number of the vehicle that your household has registered with them. If you do not have a code for a digital hang tag for your household, please fill out a registration form (downloadable on-line at www.patrol-one.com) and email it to Patrol One to obtain a code.
Patrol One also uses a Safelist, a system based on the license plate number of the vehicle that you have registered with them, to give your visitors or guest’s the ability to park in the very limited open guest parking spaces. To get a vehicle on the Safelist call or use the patrol service’s web site to get approval for overnight parking. The date prior to midnight shall be used when registering a vehicle for overnight parking in the guest spaces in the common area. For example, a guest arrives Saturday March 3rd at 8pm. The safelist date should be made for March 3rd.
