Political Signs

With the upcoming election scheduled in March, residents are reminded that political signs are not allowed to be placed on the exterior of the buildings which is considered to be HOA common area. The Board of Directors has resolved that the exterior of the buildings is maintain by the Association and as such is considered common area.

Residents are allowed to place political signs at their homes in accordance with CA Civil Code 4710 which allows political signs to be placed in their separate interest area which includes the inside of their windows, planter boxes and the balcony.
