Spa Reopening Rules
Posted By dstgeorge on March 5, 2021
The spa is now available for use by one household at a time following all the posted guidelines for temporary use and social distancing safety. Please note, the pool and spa are to be used by Seabridge residents only. Guests are not permitted at this time. As always, using the pool and spa area is at your own risk. Social-distancing while in the pool and spa area must be maintained between households. In order to provide enough space, the number of people in the pool area is reduced to 25% of capacity and spa use is limited to one household at a time. At this time, the clubhouse will remain closed and the barbeques are not to be used.
On January 25, 2021 the state of California lifted the stay at home order and moved Orange County to the “Purple Tier”. As of today, all Southern California counties are still in the State’s most restrictive “Purple Tier.” Orange County is making progress toward the “Red Tier” and County officials hope to have more information on further reopening soon. At this time, outdoor spas and hot tubs may now open as long as they are used only by a single household group at a time, or where six feet of social distancing can be maintained.
Please be safe and continue to follow the local, state and national COVID-19 guidelines. The Board would like to have the amenities return to normal again as soon as possible and will continue to update the residents as new amenity openings are permitted.
