After careful consideration, the Board of Directors approved a budget for the July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021 fiscal year. Please note, an increase in assessments was determined to be needed in order to meet the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the Association. The annual budget notice was mailed to members.
Starting July 1, 2020, the base monthly assessment increased to $470.00 per unit. For units with a Dock Cost Center, the monthly assessment decreased to $50.00.
If you use a bank bill-pay, please be sure to adjust your payment amount to the new amount. If you have signed up for AutoPay through the Resident Portal, your payments will be automatically adjusted.
